REFORMER AND TOWER CLASSES

This small group (TRIO/3:1) personalized training 55-minute class welcomes all participants to the Pilates Reformer and Tower. This total body workout uses spring resistance and props to help strengthen the whole body. Benefits include Increased flexibility and mobility, strength building and endurance, and enhanced physical performance.

* If you are new to Pilates or have limitations we encourage you to take a Private Pilates Session to feel comfortable with the method before entering a group class.
