Group Classes
This small group (TRIO/3:1) personalized training 55-minute class and 30-minute express class welcomes all participants to the Pilates Reformer/Tower classes. This total-body workout uses spring resistance and props to help strengthen the whole body. Benefits include Increased flexibility and mobility, strength building and endurance, and enhanced physical performance.
*If you are new to Pilates (we are excited for you) or have any limitations (we are here to support you), we may recommend taking a Private Pilates Session first to get comfortable before joining a group class.
