Reformer/Tower and Mat Classes

This small group (TRIO/3:1) personalized training 55-minute class and 30-minute express class welcomes all participants to the Pilates Reformer/Tower classes. This total-body workout uses spring resistance and props to help strengthen the whole body. Benefits include Increased flexibility and mobility, strength building and endurance, and enhanced physical performance.

The Pilates mat classes welcome all participants to the repertoire designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. These classes are taught on the mat and require no additional equipment (though props like Pilates rings, resistance bands, or small balls may be used).

  • *If you are new to Pilates (we are excited for you) or have any limitations (we are here to support you), we may recommend taking a Private Pilates Session first to get comfortable before joining a group class.
